Terms and Conditions
Seller
The provider of products and services sold in this online store is Inga Lingva, (3229911-5), and these terms and conditions apply to the offering of products and services.
Terms of Service
1. Parties to the agreement
These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between the tour guide Inga Blomqvist (Inga Lingva, business ID 3229911-5) (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the customer purchasing services from the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
2. Description of the Services
The Service Provider offers guided tours, travel products, tour packages and other services and products in its online shop.
3. Prices and payment terms
Prices are indicated in the online shop in euros and include VAT. The customer undertakes to pay the total amount of his order using the payment methods available at the time of ordering.
4. Cancellation and return conditions
The Customer has the right to cancel his order 48 hours before the delivery of the product or service. The right of return applies to defective or faulty products. For more detailed instructions on cancellation and returns, please refer to the customer service pages of the online shop.
5. Privacy Policy
The Service Provider undertakes to protect the Customer's privacy by complying with the applicable data protection laws. For more information on the privacy policy, please refer to the separate Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages that the Customer may suffer as a result of the use of the online shop or the use of the services or products.
7. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This contract is governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. In the event that negotiations do not lead to an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the law of the Republic of Finland
Customer Responsibility
a. Personal data
The customer is obliged to provide correct and complete personal data at the time of booking. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems caused by incorrect information.
b. Documents
The customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary documents, such as passports and visas. The service provider shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from incomplete or outdated documents.
c. Insurance
We recommend that the Customer takes out comprehensive insurance to cover any possible damage to health, baggage and liability during the service. The Service Provider will not be liable for any costs arising from the lack of insurance.
d. During the Service
The Customer agrees to comply with all instructions and rules given during the service. The Service Provider may refuse to provide the services if the Customer violates any agreed policies or laws during the service.
e. Any health-related issues
The Customer is obliged to notify any health restrictions or special needs before booking the service. The Service Provider will endeavour to provide the safest and most comfortable experience possible, but the Customer is responsible for his/her own health.
f. Other obligations
The Customer must comply with all rules and laws in force in the country where the service is provided, including cultural and religious practices.
The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer to the seller or third parties.
Cancellation and Modification
a. Right of cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel his/her service reservation under certain conditions. Cancellation charges and any refunds will be subject to the cancellation conditions specified by the Service Provider.
b. Cancellation charges
If the Customer cancels his reservation, he may be liable to pay cancellation charges. The amount of the cancellation fee may depend on the date of cancellation in relation to the date of the service. If the Customer cancels his reservation less than 48 hours before the delivery of the product or service, he will have to pay the full amount.
c. Changes to the reservation
Any charges for changes and the conditions relating to changes are subject to the terms and conditions indicated by the Service Provider.
d. Service Provider's right to make changes
In the event of force majeure or changes in the service or in case of force majeure, the Service Provider will endeavour to inform the Customer of any changes as early as possible.
e. The right to cancel the service
The Service Provider has the right to cancel the service if certain conditions are met, such as, for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in cases of force majeure. In such cases, the Service Provider will endeavour to inform the Customer of the cancellation as early as possible and to offer possible alternatives.
Force Majeure
Inga Lingva shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond Inga Lingva's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which Inga Lingva could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
Notices and Complaints
a. Submitting comments
If the Customer has any comments or feedback on the services or products, he/she should report them as soon as possible, preferably during the service or at the latest at the end of the service. Comments must be communicated to the Service Provider in writing or by other agreed means.
b. Complaints Handling
The Service Provider shall take into account all relevant information, such as details of the service or product and documentation, when dealing with complaints.
c. Compensation
If the Service Provider finds that the complaint is justified and is due to factors within the Service Provider's control, the Service Provider may offer the Customer possible compensation or other remedies as appropriate.
d. Arbitration
If the Customer and the Service Provider cannot agree on a grievance, each party agrees to participate in mediation or other amicable resolution prior to any judicial resolution of the dispute.
e. Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes or disagreements that are not resolved through mediation will be resolved by the Lahti District Court in accordance with the legislation in force.
f. Customer Service.
The contact details of the Customer Service Department, which the Customer can contact for comments or complaints, will be indicated in the documents or on the website.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.
This online store has been implemented on the Joiku Booking online store platform. Joiku Booking (Comgate Oy, 2663001-9) does not provide, own, or control any services or products such as accommodations, activities, or transportation services that you access through this site.
The owner of this online store, Inga Lingva, owns, controls, or offers services or products directly or as an agent. The seller is responsible for the service or product sold. The seller's terms apply to your booking, so you must accept and understand these terms. Joiku Booking is not responsible for any issues related to booking, use, implementation, or delivery of the service or product.
Ordering
Products are primarily ordered through the internet via the online store's shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed via email, indicating the order price and ordered items. To receive the order confirmation, provide your email address during the order process.
By placing each order, you agree to the current seller's terms of service.
